How to make an order online:
We hope that customers will find the Jaked online shop easy to use. You are able to shop by category enabling you to quickly & easily find your ideal product. When items are available in different sizes and / or colour options please be careful to select the appropriate item before progressing to purchase. You are able to buy multiples of any item once at your basket. If you would like to buy a product in large numbers please contact us to discuss your needs.
How to make an order over the phone:
Simply call us on: 01209 201001 with details of the products you would like to order (Model name, Colour & size options), and we can take payment using any major credit / debit card over the phone using Elavon.
Making a Payment:
At SwimSupplies.co.uk we use PayPal which enables you to pay instantly & securely using any major debit / credit card with no fee even if you don't have a Paypal account. We also accept payment by any major credit / debit card over the phone using Elavon our choice of merchant, offering you total security & peace of mind.
You can also pay by cheque, however funds must clear to the Swim Supplies account before products can be dispatched.
Delivery & availability:
We offer a range of postage types, our default postage option is; Royal Mail first class. Royal Mail 1st Class post has a typical delivery time of 1 - 3 working days. To ensure that you get your purchase quickly you are also be able to choose Royal Mail "Special Delivery" simply select "Guaranteed Next Day service" at the checkout stage. This will ensure that your purchase is sent by Royal Mail Special delivery for a small additional charge. Please note that next day delivery does not ensure same day dispatch - If you are unsure about using this option please call us to discuss.
For high value items you will be offered a FREE postage option at the basket stage (Royal Mail 1st class sign for) which will give you added security & peace of mind as this is a tracked & sign for service.
For bulky / heavy items we may use a 24 / 48 hour courier service, you will be informed if this service is to be used.
Certain products are offered with long term free postage offers, the type of postal service offered will be indicated within the product description.
We also, from time to time, offer free postage on all orders - please ensure that if you wish to benefit from free postage on your purchase you select the appropriate option from the drop down postage & packaging menu at the basket stage as we may be unable to issue refunds once postage has been paid.
We aim to dispatch all purchases within 48 hours, and most the same day (if in stock) If there is going to be a delay in dispatch or delivery we will try to contact you to keep you informed of an expected delivery. Please feel fee to contact us to ask about product availability & expected dispatch times - we are always happy to help.
All items purchased before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day Monday - Friday (if your selected items are in stock).
Postage & packaging:
At Swim Supplies we aim to send your items at or very near to cost price, as we do not wish to profit via stealth. We work hard to ensure we offer he best possible value for money & that items are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit but without using excessive packaging / adding weight. We work hard to offer you the very best value for money options. In short we work hard to keep our costs low & pass savings on to our customers.
Specification & product details:
Every effort is made to ensure that products are described accurately to avoid disappointment. Additionally we aim to provide useful images of all items sold on the website. If you are not sure about the purchase of an item or its suitability feel free to contact us so that we may offer advice.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us unused and still in its original packaging within 30 days quoting your name, address & the date of purchase. Please also advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also applies in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, in this case please let us know the reason for the return in case it is not obvious.
Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer except when products are faulty or damaged but no additional postage and packing charges will be made for replacement items to be sent. When returning goods customers should obtain proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost in the post & will not be able to replace your items or offer you a refund in this case.

Please remember that Swim wear is often made from materials including Lycra or Elastane and that this can be very delicate. Most of the materials used have a life expectancy of approximately 20/30 hours water time (unless otherwise stated). In all cases to obtain the best possible life from your garment, rinse in cold water immediately after use, and follow the manufacturers washing instructions.
